Analyzing the process cycle

Our focus during analyzing is on the working processes and activities that shall be improved by the IT project.

Specification sheet/performance specification

We at Bütema feel that it is our task to work together with the ordering customer. Therefore we create a specific requirement-analysis in form of an specification sheet/performance specification together with the customer.

Radio frequency site survey  

Performing a radio frequency site survey helps to gather information about requirements and the best solution for data transfer.
Our consulting specialists come to your company. On site they identify user areas, measure the signal strength between possible access points, check the device placement, and identify the needs for wiring.
After completion of the radio frequency site survey you as the customer will get a detailed report. This report can be used as a guideline for the design of the network, for installing and checking the wireless infrastructure.

Pilot phase

The pilot phase is a time limited pilot run of the system with real data in one or more locations. This phase enables us to discover possible difficulties or errors, before the solution is installed in the whole company. .

Rollout Management

We have very experienced employees that are familiar with installing both hard- and software as well as integrating them into the operation of even very big companies. In the past our responsible team with its project manager have successfully integrated high numbers of terminals into big areas.

Instruction

For the solution to work successfully, it is crucial that the users are able to operate the system. Therefore we at Bütema offer you instruction manuals, training material, information, and training seminars.

Evaluation

After successfully completing the project we compile a technical documentation. This documentation functions as a basis for continuously and systematically improving the solution. Further, we use the documentation as a fundament for ongoing maintenance by our service team.
