This year also we have quite a few digital signage innovations up our sleeve for the EuroShop. Videos, inventory-based product displays, social media posts or promotions that are assigned to individual areas have long since made it into our standard portfolio. Through our interfaces, we now offer the possibility of connecting various external providers quickly and easily. Below you a brief selection from the endless possibilities.

WEATHER INTEGRATION

Promotions are automatically controlled according to the weather via the location-based weather link. For instance, if the weather in a store's location is rainy, the digital signage software automatically displays rainwear and umbrellas - taking, of course, into account the current inventory. Items that are not in stock in the store will not be shown.

Music connection next level. Controlling in-store music via digital signage has long been a standard. With our partner HearDis! we take one step further. Music is an essential part of the customer shopping experience. In retail, music can control customer behavior because it complements the multi-sensory input one experiences of a room. The sophisticated AI of HearDis! adapts the musical accompaniment perfectly to the brand, the ambience, the time of day and the target group - and thus creates the perfect acoustic store experience for visitors. The HearDis AI! analyzes the DNA of each individual song and checks whether the song fits into the desired store atmosphere. Attributes are e.g.: emotional state of the song, time reference (from which era), genre, timbre, musical expression, mood, intensity, danceability, and much more.

Information about artists, titles and album covers are automatically shown on the digital signage displays using our DS software. The layout and selection of the information displayed can be individually adjusted.

HearDis! embeds incomprehensible store announcements into the optimal store experience. Written text is converted into natural language. The HearDis! AI also recognizes whether the advertised product is available in the branch and skillfully places the information between two songs.

News overlays are easier than ever with our partner spot on news. spot on news is THE digital news agency for entertainment and lifestyle for the German-speaking market. With the integration of spot on news, retailers have the opportunity to display news from subject areas such as sports, politics, lifestyle, travel, business and many more on their digital signage screens. The digital signage promotion remains in place, the message can be displayed over the entire area, via scrolling text or a bar.

Finally, a connection that is relevant in the backstore. Next-level interactive data visualization is possible via the connection to Microsoft's Power BI.
