Bütema AG presents Retail Assistant "KIra" at EuroShop 2023
KIra is our new development for 2023, which we will be showcasing for the first time at the EuroShop from 26.02. – 02.03.2023 in Düsseldorf. KIra (artificial intelligence retail assistant) is available to customers in stationary shops as a personal assistant and takes on a supporting function in customer advice.
KIra is started by scanning a QR code on the customer's smartphone and offers support at various points:
- Items decorated in the shop window are displayed to the customer by KIra. They can also reserve items in the store or order them online.
- In the entrance area, KIra greets customers and, if desired, shows them the way to a specific product group. There is also the possibility of identification via customer number.
- By scanning an article barcode, KIra shows the customer all information about the product such as sizing, material and care instructions, other colors and availability. In the future, personalized prices and discount coupons can also be called up.
- A sales representative can also be requested by scanning a QR code, for example in the changing room. They receive a push message on their InStore Assistant.
- In order to avoid long queues at the checkout, the customer has the option of scanning their items in advance and using queue busting to prepare and process the payment process more quickly.
