We repair Datalogic and Denso devices directly in-house. We check all other brands and can repair them after consultation or handle the repairs through the manufacturer. We carry out repairs both within the warranty period and after it has expired.
We take over the complete warranty processing with the manufacturer.
We also organize the logistical exchange on site by collecting the defective device from the customer and at the same time delivering a new replacement device that is already installed with the version of the InStore Assistant used by the customer and is immediately ready for use. This usually takes place within 24 or 48 hours, depending on the SLA and the reporting time. We always have a pool of replacement devices available for this.
Sustainability is also important to us when dealing with hardware. We therefore take it for granted that old MDE and digital signage devices are repaired and resold whenever possible.
