You are responsible for independently troubleshooting and commissioning digital systems. In cooperation with our helpdesk, you set up the relevant systems on site at the customer's premises, examine the fault in detail, and make a precise diagnosis. You document the services provided and keep the entire service team up to date. You are also responsible for managing a spare parts inventory.
The area of application covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and neighboring European countries.
