Are you experiencing issues with the software or hardware of a digital signage device, or would you like to send in an MDE device for repair (even without a customer contract via a chargeable RMA process)?

We ask registered contract customers to submit a ticket directly via the support portal (login required). This is the only way we can guarantee agreed SLAs.
