Your responsibilities will include setting up, maintaining, managing devices, and staging customer systems. You will process maintenance tickets in the replacement service area and provide telephone customer support in the areas of HHD/MDE/label printers and AutoID hardware solutions. You will be responsible for repair management of our maintenance pool and repair processing (RMA). Your responsibilities will include consulting, commissioning, and training for customers in the area of Auto ID, as well as on-site setup, commissioning, and maintenance of digital signage devices (large format displays up to 80" and video walls). You will configure OPS-OCs in the digital signage area and support sales in areas such as on-site/in-house hardware consulting.
