Bütema AG and baby-walz GmbH: Digital innovation at the new location in Frankfurt

We are excited to introduce you to our latest project: equipping the baby-walz shop in Frankfurt with state-of-the-art digital solutions. This collaboration marks the start of a digital test run that will be extended to other shops in the future. 

Since the beginning of April, the newly opened shop in Schillerstraße has been shining in new splendour following its relocation. Eight digital signage displays have been installed to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Particularly impressive are the two 75-inch displays in the shop window, which inform and emotionalise customers even before they enter the shop. baby-walz plans to rent out this shop window space to suppliers in order to offer customised advertising opportunities and thus create a win-win situation. 

‘By focussing on digital touchpoints, we are improving the customer experience and making it easier for our customers to access relevant information,’ says André Ellinghaus, Senior Retail Manager at baby-walz. ‘This leads to a noticeable simplification of processes in the shop and creates more time for our customers. We are also increasing our flexibility in in-store communication and utilising the options to interact with our customers quickly and easily using moving images in real time and according to individual specifications.’
