STOCK
Everything that has to do with stock can be changed and controlled within the InStore Assistant app: stock corrections can be made, stocks reserved and goods ordered from the central warehouse, as well as copies made; re-sort goods or reserve them for the visual merchandising via the so-called 'window book'.

STOCK CORRECTION
An article can be pulled up using the integrated barcode scanner. Its stock in the store can then be changed manually and directly in the app.
MARKDOWN
Article-based markdowns can also be made in this way: scan the article barcode, enter the markdown amount, and that's it.
RESERVATIONS
Items can be marked as 'reserved', for example if they are put aside for customers or are part of a Click & Reserve order that has been put together but not yet picked up. The article is therefore still available in the store's stock, but is displayed as 'blocked'.
ORDER FROM BRANCH
This is used to record items that are part of an online order taken from the store stock (= ship from store).
RE-STOCKING
If items are (automatically) reordered by the head office, they can be re-sorted via this function.
WINDOW BOOK
This module was specially developed for visual merchandising: it can be used to record items that the VM team has sorted out of the sales room in order to use them for (shop window) decoration.
INVENTORY
Retail inventories take time and are expensive. We support you with the inventory service in the preparation and follow-up of the inventory. In addition to the delivery of inventory devices, this includes the entire service package for processing an inventory. We take care of the storage and picking of the devices, the configuration and loading with item master data, shipping and collection. The advantage for you lies in the gain in efficiency: the device is delivered to you ready for use and your team can start taking stock immediately. We support all inventory types - from the permanent inventory to the key date inventory.
