The Bütema InStore Assistant now has its own chat feature. The basic functions are known from messengers such as WhatsApp: text messages can be written and files can be sent. New messages appear as push pop-ups in the ISA app.

But our chat can do more: all application and process information can also be sent. This can be, for example, article details, click & collect orders or media from the digital signage be media library.

The chat is intended for communication within the company and for easy sharing of processes directly from our mobile sales advisory service. Processes sent in the chat can in turn be shared in other chats or - in the case of articles - placed in a shopping cart directly from the chat.
