All logistical processes can be carried out using the InStore Assistant app. With the scan of the note, entire deliveries of goods can be received with a tap, and incoming and outgoing goods can be checked. Various types of returns and transfers can also be recorded with it.

OUTGOING GOODS & SHIPPING

All shipping methods can be processed with the app. Whether it's entire pallets that are delivered from the central warehouse to the branch, or individual items that are sent to customers.

INCOMING GOODS

With the InStore Assistant app, individual items as well as complete truckloads can be collected at once.

REDISTRIBUTION

Relocations happen from branch to branch, or from branch to online shop. This ensures, for instance, that an item that sells better online than offline is quickly and easily assigned to the inventory of the online shop.

RETURNS BY BRANCH & HQ

... are particular kinds of returns. Regional managers or purchasing collect goods in the central warehouse and then redistribute them to the branches. Or an entire batch is defective and goes back to the supplier.

STORAGE & SEASONAL STORAGE

Seasonal goods such as Christmas items are stored until the next sales season. Items that are not tied to a season are stored temporarily, for example if there is no space in the store's warehouse area.
