Products are displayed on the interactive mirror using the barcode scanner or by manual article entry. They're also automatically recognized thanks to RFID antennae when entering the cabin with a product. Looks, cross-selling items and product details are shown, as well as available sizes and colors.

Customers can also notify employees using a call button in the Smart Fitting Room.

By putting items in the shopping cart, they can be ordered directly from within the fitting room and are delivered either to your home or to the store for collection.

The light and sound shower further underlines the brand experience. Cheers from a football stadium, the relaxing sound of the sea or stimulating party music - with the right light and sound effects, customers can be put into the right mood during the fitting.

DIGITAL MIRROR

A 9:16 full HD display is embedded in the approx. 1m x 2m mirror. This screen can be switched on and off with a button so that the entire surface can be used as a mirror if desired. The display is fully touch-enabled.

SOUND SHOWER

The sound shower consists of a large, round loudspeaker that is suspended from the ceiling. This is constructed in such a way that the sound is only directed downwards. So the customer can enjoy music in the cabin, but without the environment being exposed to sound.

EMOTIONAL TOUCH-SCREEN

The invisible touch screen is part of the mirror. It measures approx. 70cm in height and 40cm in width. By default, it works with our Self Service Terminal solution. RFID antennas next to the mirror 'magically' recognize the items of clothing you have brought with you and display them in the mirror; If you tap on the displayed products, you jump directly into the article's detail page. Available sizes, colors and stocks in the branch/online shop are displayed here, as well as similar articles via the recommendation engine.
