I'm the new shopping assistant for your customers: Artificial Iintelligence Retail Assistant. I'm a clever chat bot that can provide assistance at various touchpoints. For example, in the changing room if an item doesn't fit, around the clock at the shop window for quick article reservations or online orders, or as a check-in when entering the store. I'm woken up simply by scanning a QR code or by activating me via NFC. Each code triggers an individual entry. That way, I know straight away where the customers are and can provide the right kind of suggestions.

By scanning the QR code at the entrance, the customer can identify themselves and receive personalized suggestions (on articles, discounts, events, ...)

If a customer scans the QR code on the shop window, they're being shown the items decorated there to reserve them in the branch or buy them directly in the online shop. Around the clock.
