ADLER Modemärkte AG and Bütema AG are intensifying their cooperation with Digital Signage Analytics
Bütema has been a full service partner of Adler Modemärkte AG since 2017. Analysis and self-service will now be integrated into the ongoing project. For this, the soviaRetail backstore will be upgraded to the latest version 4.6. This upgrade comes with a number of new features, such as media tagging, rule-based playout, social media integration and a completely new, more intuitive blade design.
Adler is already successfully using the InStore Assistant in the store. Not only can the stocks of an item be displayed in a branch (separated by area and stock) and the online shop, the ISA now also has a recommendation feature that shows suitable suggestions for similar items of clothing or alternatives.
“The simple handling enables quick information on the availability of items. Discounts are also possible through the interface without any additional effort. We generate additional sales by recommending articles and outfits, re-ordering shortages online and the omnichannel processes C&C and S2H” says Patrick Schiller, Head of IT (CIO) at Adler Modemärkte AG.
The analytics feature, which is also new, allows statistical data to be collected on digital signage content, access to self-service terminals and the InStore Assistant and, thanks to the connection to Microsoft Azure Insights, evaluated. Adler Modemärkte AG is to transfer this data to the business intelligence software and process it there. Among other things, this is intended to improve AI-supported allocation.
