
On March 1, 2026, Heike Damm will take over the position of Head of Marketing at Bütema AG. This move will strengthen our strategic brand management and set the course for the next stage of development in the field of digital signage and retail solutions.
Heike Damm is no stranger to the Bütema world. She worked for Wedeko GmbH for many years before it was taken over by Bütema AG in early 2025. There, she headed up the in-house agency and was responsible for the design and implementation of numerous digital signage projects.
To successfully market digital signage solutions, you need to understand more than just campaign mechanics. It's about in-store processes, content that works on digital signage displays, and technologies that can be seamlessly integrated.
This is precisely where Heike Damm's strengths come into play: she understands both the creative and technological sides of the business. She knows what retailers, restaurateurs, and public institutions require from digital solutions and how to develop content that really works at the point of sale.
In her new role, she will assume overall responsibility for marketing at Bütema AG. She will lead a team of four and will consolidate all marketing activities under one central management. This will range from strategic brand management and campaign planning to operational implementation by the integrated in-house agency.
