Bütema x Robert Ley: Digital signage as the start of the digital transformation

We're delighted to announce our latest project with the traditional fashion retailer Robert Ley from Euskirchen. Together, we have equipped a pilot branch of Robert Ley in Herzogenrath-Kohlscheid with an innovative digital signage solution.

Two self-service displays in the sizes 32" and 12" were installed, which are primarily used for digital customer card registration. Customers can apply for a loyalty card independently at the terminal, which significantly reduces the workload for staff. The card created via MicroApp is a self-service application and is the special feature of the digital signage solution. This innovative low-code application enables Robert Ley to configure the customer card application themselves according to the company's individual requirements without any programming effort, maximising the flexibility and adaptability of the system.  

An 85-inch display was also installed, which plays digital signage content and impressively emphasises Robert Ley's fashion expertise. The fashion company Robert Ley, which looks back on 130 years of tradition and operates a total of 17 shops, is thus sending a clear signal for its digital transformation.  

There are already plans to equip further shops in the coming months.
